    Required Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of transportation or logistics sales experience.

    • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.

    • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Resourceful and solution-oriented mindset.

    • Cold calling experience is a must.

    • Knowledge of Transport brokerage (3PL)

    The Production Supervisor will report directly to the Production Manager and is responsible for leading a team of hourly employees on a continental shift. The role focuses on driving safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring an efficient and positive work environment. The continental shift rotates every 2 weeks - 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am.

    Salary and Benefits

    $90-100,000 + bonuses (quarterly and annual)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

    • Optimize the use of resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to enhance efficiency and output.

    • Identify and recommend improvements to equipment, workflows, and production methods.

    • Monitor and document production performance, addressing any nonconformities or issues promptly.

    • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and company policies.

    • Supervise and support hourly employees, fostering teamwork and maintaining clear communication.

    • Apply workplace policies, procedures, and agreements consistently and fairly.

    • Contribute to the development and implementation of metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

    • Encourage team involvement in continuous improvement initiatives, such as safety meetings, workplace organization projects, and other operational enhancements.
